Country of Domicile and Governing Law
The Kingdom of Bahrain is our country of domicile. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain shall have jurisdiction over any such dispute.

Payment Methods and Currency
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in BHD (Bahraini Dinar). Other payment options such as cash on delivery are also available within the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Transaction Records
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.
User Account
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password, and is liable for all activities carried out through their account.
Prices and Products
All prices displayed on the website are in Bahraini Dinar. We reserve the right to modify prices or displayed products at any time without prior notice; no modification shall apply to orders confirmed before such modification.
Limitation of Liability
The Merchant strives to keep the Website and its services continuously available and functioning properly, but does not guarantee that the Website will be free of interruption or technical errors at all times, and shall not be liable for temporary disruption caused by maintenance work, technical issues, or force majeure circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in this clause affects any right granted to the Customer under Bahrain's Consumer Protection Law, including the right to replace or return defective or non-conforming goods under the Refund and Exchange Policy published on the Website.
Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify the Merchant against any claim, loss, or reasonable cost (including legal fees) arising directly from the Customer's misuse of the Website, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or unlawful use of the Website.
Account Suspension and Termination
The Merchant may suspend or terminate a Customer's account on the Website if the Customer breaches these Terms & Conditions, knowingly provides inaccurate information, or uses the account for fraudulent or unlawful activity, without prejudice to any previously confirmed and fully paid orders.
Prohibited Uses
The Customer agrees not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access to the Website's systems or data, or impersonate any person or entity when dealing with the Website.
Intellectual Property
All website contents including images, texts, logos and designs are the property of Flamorah Accessories and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.
Changes to Terms
The website policies and terms and conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. It is the customer's responsibility to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
Such modifications shall not prejudice any rights acquired by the customer under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain in force at the time of purchase.
Governing Language
These Terms & Conditions and the Website's policies are published in both Arabic and English. In the event of any inconsistency between the two versions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
